Thank you for shopping with SYZQX™. Each item in our collection is made to order with care and precision. Due to rising global tariffs and our commitment to sustainable, on-demand production, all sales are final.

🛠️ Refunds for Manufacturing Defects Only

We only offer refunds for products that arrive with a clear manufacturing defect.

To qualify:

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

📩 Submit all claims to: customercare@syzqx.com

Approved claims will receive a full refund. You are not required to return the item. If you'd like a replacement, you must place a new order.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our production and the impact of international tariffs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Delayed shipping
  • Accidental order
  • General dissatisfaction

Please ensure you review your selections carefully before checkout.

🌍 European Union Customers

In compliance with EU law, customers typically have a 14-day right to cancel purchases. However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to cancel does not apply to made-to-order or customized items.

Since all SYZQX™ items are made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

📦 Damaged in Transit

If your order is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

If approved, you will receive a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Replacements are not automatic—please place a new order if desired.

💳 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
