1. Overview

Welcome to SYZQX™. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Made-to-Order Products & Sales Policy

All SYZQX™ products are made to order. Once your purchase is completed, production begins immediately, and we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Due to the custom nature of our work and global tariff fluctuations, all sales are final.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We only issue refunds for items that arrive with a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • You must provide photographic evidence and proof of purchase.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are not required to return the defective item. If you would like a replacement, you must submit a new order.

All other sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Delayed shipping
  • Accidental purchase
  • General dissatisfaction

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, under Article 16(c), this does not apply to custom or made-to-order goods. As all SYZQX™ items are made to order, this right is waived upon purchase.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order is damaged during shipping:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If approved, a refund will be issued. You are not required to return the item. Replacements must be reordered manually.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of SYZQX™ and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any material without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SYZQX™ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. International buyers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts in the event of any dispute.

9. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, review sizing or custom details before checkout, and read these Terms. Failure to do so does not exempt the customer from policy enforcement.
