Thank you for shopping with SYZQX™. All of our items are made to order. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
📦 Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all shipping costs. This includes:
- Domestic and international shipping fees
- Import duties, customs taxes, and/or VAT (if applicable in your country)
- Reshipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
We do not cover or reimburse any shipping-related expenses. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, unpaid customs, or customer refusal, it will be held until the customer arranges and pays for re-delivery.
🌍 International Orders
We ship worldwide. Transit times and import duties vary by country. Customs clearance may cause additional delays that are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations prior to purchase.
⏳ Made-to-Order & Preorders
All products are made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipment. Preorder timelines and estimated dispatch dates are listed on applicable product pages.
🚚 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
These estimates do not include production time, weekends, holidays, or customs delays.
⚠️ Delays & Disruptions
SYZQX™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or global supply chain disruptions. We do not issue refunds for shipping delays beyond our control.
📬 Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
